  • Our suppliers can take up to 5 working days to collect the equipment from you. In the meantime, please keep it somewhere safe.

  • We can offer a wide range of equipment, if there is something you cant find, please use our contact form and one of our representatives will be in touch to discuss your requirement.

  • Please don't worry, you can reach us during business hours on "insert company phone number". We can rearrange for a more convenient date. we ask that someone is available at the property to meet the driver to ensure a smooth transfer of the equipment.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the issue has been reported, your hire will be paused until it has been resolved. Issues will be resolved within 24 hours of them been reported.

  • Our suppliers use a wide range of vehicles to transport equipment. If you feel like a specific vehicle type may struggle to reach you, please let us know and we can request a more appropriate vehicle.
